Zusammenfassung
In einer Pilotstudie wurde die Abflußleichtigkeit vor und nach der Neodym-YAG-Laserbehandlung
des Trabekelmaschenwerkes bei 16 Augen von 16 Patienten mit Glaucoma chronicum simplex
geprüft. Zum tonographischen Wirkungsnachweis wurde die Abflußleichtigkeit zwischen
der dritten und siebten Minute des Tonographietests nach Leydhecker verwendet. Es
konnte eine deutliche Verbesserung der Abflußleichtigkeit nach der Neodym-YAG-Laserbehandlung
des Trabekelmaschenwerkes nachgewiesen werden, welche mit der postoperativen Augendrucksenkung
korrelierte.
Summary
In a pilot study comprising 16 eyes of 16 patients with chronic open-angle glaucoma
the tonographie outflow facility was examined before and after Nd-YAG laser treatment
of the trabecular meshwork. For evaluation of the facility effect of laser trabeculoplasty,
the tonographie record between the third and seventh minute according to the tonography
test of Leydhecker was used. An improvement in outflow facility was established which
correlated with the postoperative fall in IOP.
